Safety-critical coaching

In 2012 Mondays formed a partnership with an oil and gas consulting company, Embrion. The partnership is going from strength to strength and has yielded a number of successes. One of these is a seris of coaching skills training programmes in the sector. These programmes have helped to build the capacity of the sector and we believe will contribute to safer outcomes. As part of this we are working with Embrion in 2013 to coduct research to better understand the impact of coaching in offshore environments. As with our safety driving research we hope to report the results through peer reviewed journals at a future date.
